We collect only the information needed to provide and improve our services. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

• Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number (with country code, stored in international format) when you request an estimate, place an order, or contact us.
• Project information — details you share about your project, including documents you attach, so we can prepare accurate estimates and deliver your work.
• Account information — your email and (hashed) password if you create an account to track orders and estimates.
• Usage data — basic, anonymised analytics that help us understand how visitors use the site (e.g. pages viewed, approximate location).
• Chat & estimate details — the answers you give the FRIGS Assist assistant and any files you attach while requesting an estimate, used only to prepare and deliver your quote.
• Payment proof — a transfer screenshot you upload so we can confirm a payment. This is stored only temporarily and deleted automatically (see Section 6).

• Contacting you about your project by phone or WhatsApp when needed
• Processing, tracking, and delivering your orders
• Sending you status updates, reminders about estimates, and important notices about your project

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We never share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

When you request an estimate, we may send you a confirmation and automatic reminders until you confirm or cancel your estimate, so you never miss an important update. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying to us or emailing hello@frigstech.com.

We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), securely hashed passwords, and restricted access to personal data. While no method of transmission is 100% secure, we work hard to keep your data safe.

To show prices in a relevant currency, we may estimate your region from your approximate location (for example, your IP address or browser language) and remember the currency you choose. This is used only to display prices and is not used to identify you.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences (such as your theme and currency) and to understand how the site is used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work, though some preferences may not be remembered.

We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain records for tax and accounting purposes, or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it securely.

Uploaded files & invoices: project attachments and payment screenshots you upload, and the PDF invoices we generate, are kept only as long as needed. Once an order is marked delivered, those files are automatically and permanently deleted after 12 hours. Invoice and receipt PDFs are also emailed to you, so please keep those copies for your records.

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion — request that we remove your personal data, subject to legal obligations.
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from communications at any time.

Our website and messages may contain links to external sites (for example WhatsApp or payment providers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.
