FRIGS Tech (FRIGS Tech Tech) is a full-service digital agency based in Karachi, Pakistan, offering web development, mobile apps, UI/UX and branding, graphic and print design, book composition, digital marketing, cloud & DevOps, and AI solutions.

Estimates provided on this website are indicative and may change based on the final scope of your project. Your final price is confirmed in writing after our team reviews your requirements.

• Estimates are not binding. An estimate you receive in the chat or by email is a starting point. The final quote is confirmed by our team before work begins.
• Estimate validity. A sent estimate must be confirmed within its stated validity period (typically 7 days). After that it expires and may need to be re-issued.
• Order placement. An order becomes active only once you confirm the final quote and (where applicable) pay any advance.
• Edit / cancellation window. You can edit or cancel a pending estimate yourself from My Account within 1 hour of submitting it. After that window, any change or cancellation should be requested through our team.
• Automated assistant. Our "FRIGS Assist" chat bot helps you build an estimate by asking a few questions about your project. The details you provide are used only to prepare your estimate and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

• We generally require a 50% advance to begin work, with the balance due on delivery.
• We accept bank transfers, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and payment links for international clients.
• Payment terms for larger or longer projects are agreed in writing before we start.
• When you pay, you may be asked to upload a transfer screenshot so our team can confirm the payment. The amount you have paid is recorded and the percentage received (for example, 65% of the order total) is shown on your invoices and statements — it always reflects the actual amount paid.

To keep the service fast and storage lean, files you upload (such as project attachments and payment screenshots) and the PDF invoices we generate are kept only as long as needed. Once an order is marked as delivered, those files are automatically and permanently deleted after 12 hours. You receive copies of every invoice and receipt by email, so you should save those for your records.

You agree to provide accurate project information and any materials (text, images, brand files, login access where needed) within agreed timeframes. Delays in providing materials may extend delivery dates.

• You confirm you own or have rights to any content you provide.
• You confirm that the phone number and other contact details you provide are accurate and belong to you.
• Projects that are indecent, illegal, or infringe third-party rights will not be undertaken.
• You are responsible for decisions made based on work we deliver.

• We include a reasonable number of revision rounds (typically up to 2) for design and development work.
• We provide post-delivery support for genuine bugs for a limited period, typically 30 days.
• Additional revisions or support beyond the agreed scope are charged separately and agreed in advance.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (as specified in your quote) transfers to you. FRIGS Tech retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, and code libraries used to build your project.

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

• If you cancel before work begins, any advance is refunded in full.
• If work has started, we will bill fairly for work completed up to the cancellation date, and refund any excess.
• Refunds are processed through the same method used for payment.
• No refund is due for completed and delivered work, unless required by law.

We deliver work with professional care and in line with the agreed scope. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRIGS Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profits or data) arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

The content on our website (text, images, pricing) is provided for general information and may change at any time without notice. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
